Online Sessions

Lots of people are choosing to have counselling remotely today. This is a very flexible way of accessing therapy, and it saves on travel time. We will send you a link to your session at least 24 hours beforehand. Accessing it could not be easier - you simply click the link and it takes you through to the online session that will start at your allotted time.

Sessions are £50

We also offer in person, or face-to-face therapy. This takes place in a private office space in comfortable surroundings, in a safe a confidential space.
